Frank Favetta is the founder and CEO of Ocean Avenue Group, where he oversees strategy, brand development, and operations across the Group's portfolio of ventures.

His career began in professional audio. After graduating from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts and the Course Director's Award, Frank received advanced training from Tony Bongiovi at Power Station Recording Studios and joined the engineering team at South Beach Studios in Miami Beach under Hart Gunther. He went on to serve as assistant engineer to Grammy-winning mixer Tom Lord-Alge, working on sessions with David Guetta, Korn, Weezer, Nicky Romero, Jamie Foxx, and others.

That foundation in high-stakes creative production — where precision, taste, and execution converge under real pressure — became the operating philosophy behind Ocean Avenue Group. Frank applies the same standards to building consumer brands, managing creative teams, and developing commercial strategy.

Today, he leads a growing portfolio that spans premium beauty and creative production — each venture reflecting the discipline and rigor that define the Group.
